I was reminded today, while watching a documentary on the teenage children of gays and lesbians, of the absolute unfettered joy in getting exactly what you worked for and what you wanted so passionately. I was actually moved to tears as I recalled those moments in my own life.
I look forward, with great anticipation, to making them happen again.
